Refund Policy

 

Refund Policy for New Accounts

We have a 30-day money back guarantee for all new CRM and Inbound Marketing services accounts. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding initial setup fees and software licensing costs.

Refund Policy for Renewals

All Renewals of CRM and Inbound Marketing monthly services will be refunded if Premier Production Group LLC  is notified prior to the Invoice Date. Refund requests received after this date will be made at the discretion of Premier Production Group LLC management.  All third party services rendered on behalf of the client are subject to full payment upon the termination of any contract. All cancellations must be received in writing 5 days prior to the renewal date and can be sent by e-mail to customercare@premierproductiongroup.com with the subject SERVICE CANCELATION. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.

 

Refund Policy for Events

All hourly rated services are billable without refund. Initial deposits provided to Premier Production Group LLC for third party services are subject to the policy within this document. Any initial deposits paid directly to third party vendors by the client are subject to the vendors cancelation and refund policies and Premier Production Group LLC maintains no responsibility or liability for deposits made by the client to third party vendors.

Full service events require non-refundable initial deposits. Other payments and refunds are specific to each event are will be outlined within the event services contract specifically.

Our priority is to serve our customers and provide them with the highest quality of service we can. If for some reason you would like to request a refund please contact our customer care team at customercare@premierproductiongroup.com. Refunds will be given at the discretion of Premier Production Group LLC management.
